Centurion Apartment REIT Announces the Pending Acquisition of a Brand-New Multi-Family...

Centurion Asset Management Inc., the asset manager of Centurion Apartment REIT, is pleased to announce the pending acquisition of The Aurora, a brand-new multi-family apartment located at 230 Aurora Crescent, East Kelowna, British Columbia. The Aurora is currently under construction, with the first of two buildings expected to be completed in September 2022 with the second building anticipated to be completed one month later in October 2022.

Centurion Asset Management Inc., the asset manager of Centurion Apartment REIT, is pleased to announce the acquisition of a brand-new multi-family apartment property located in the heart of old Montreal at 688 Notre Dame West.

“This new property in Montreal represents Centurion’s fifth acquisition on the island of Montreal and the 38^th acquisition within the province of Quebec, resulting in a total of 5,781 rental units located throughout Montreal and Quebec City,” commented Greg Romundt, Centurion President and CEO. “SIX88 presents institutional quality standards, state-of-the-art construction, and an exceptional location for its current and future tenants.”
