Best Workplaces™ in real estate & property development. Great Place to Work®. Canada 2022.

Centurion is excited to share that we have been recognized as a 2022 Best Workplace™ for Real Estate, Property Development and Construction by Great Place to Work®.

This list is based on direct feedback from Employees through the Great Place to Work® Trust Index© Employee Survey, an extensive and anonymous survey. Hundreds of organizations participate and provide details about their workplace experience, including the programs and practices that make their workplace unique.

“Being recognized as a Best Workplace™ for Real Estate, Property Development and Construction is an honour,” commented Greg Romundt, President and Chief Executive Officer. “We look forward to leading by example and continuing to follow the Global Standard so that we can provide our people, the foundation of our company, with the best workplace experience.”

To be eligible for the Best Workplace™ list, Centurion was required to be Great Place to Work-Certified™ in the last 12 months, and work primarily in these, or closely related industries.  Centurion first became certified as a Great Place to Work® in 2020 and recertified in 2021; the certification reaffirmed our dedication to cultivating a strong corporate culture and maintaining a high-level of employee happiness.
