Centurion’s HR Team Named Finalist for Four Awards at the 2022 Canadian HR Awards
Centurion is thrilled to announce that we have been selected as a finalist in four categories at the 2022 Canadian HR Awards. These award categories include Best Talent Management Strategy, Canadian HR Team of the Year (Finance/Insurance), Best Reward and Recognition Strategy, and the University of Waterloo Award for Next Generation Employment Innovation.
These four awards recognize the outstanding achievements of HR teams, particularly their efforts in identifying and managing internal talent, collaborating with different business functions, providing employment opportunities for young people/graduates, and offering reward and recognition programs that enhance productivity. The finalists were selected after an open call to nominate HR professionals across Canada, followed by extensive research conducted by the Canadian HR Awards team while drawing on knowledge and information gained through HRD Canada and Canadian HR Reporter to verify and support nominations received. The winners will be announced during a live ceremony in Toronto on September 15, 2022.
