CAMI specializes in construction and term financing for multi-residential apartments, student housing, condominiums, and other traditional forms of real estate. We provide first mortgage, 2nd mortgage, subordinate mezzanine, participating debt, and equity financing, as well as fund development, bridge, and acquisition opportunities.
