Centurion recognized as one of Canada’s Most Innovative HR Teams by HRD Canada®
Centurion is proud to share that we have been recognized as one of the 2026 Innovative HR Teams by HRD Canada for the fifth consecutive year.
At Centurion, our Human Capital team plays a central role in supporting our people and strengthening our culture as the organization continues to grow. Through forward-thinking talent practices and innovative initiatives, the team focuses on creating a positive, engaging, and supportive Employee experience.
This includes using programs like TinyPulse, an anonymous Employee survey platform, to help our teams share honest feedback, insights, and suggestions on how we can improve. We also support well-being and growth through initiatives like bi-weekly yoga, the Centurion Learning Academy, a growing course library designed to help personal and professional development, and our Mentorship Program, which pairs new Employees with seasoned team members for guidance during their first six months. Together, these programs strengthen engagement, development, and the Employee experience at every stage of the career journey.
