Centurion Apartment REIT Management Inc. Announces Rebranding Project

Centurion Apartment REIT Management Inc., the asset manager of Centurion Apartment REIT, is pleased to announce the initiation of its rebranding as Centurion Asset Management Inc.  This is the first step of a process of a broader "Centurion" brand building project which will be rolled out to certain portions of the portfolio.  Management believes that this rebranding project will contribute to brand recognition equity which is of growing importance to portions of the business and the investment portfolio. Although the name has changed in a minor way, there is no change to personnel or to our core values of Respect, Integrity, Simplicity and Excellence ("RISE" for short).
