Centurion Apartment REIT Announces Completion of $75 Million Offering

Centurion Apartment REIT is pleased to announce that it has completed its $75 million offering of Class "A" Units initiated on April 30th, 2013. Coincident with this closing, the REIT launched a new $100 million offering of Class "A" REIT Units.

The REIT expects the first closing to be on or before September 30, 2013. Prospective investors are asked to contact their investment advisors or Centurion Asset Management Inc. for more information and to receive a copy of the Offering Memorandum and other subscription documents. This offering is a reopening of Centurion Apartment REIT to new investment and is not a new fund or a different class of securities than previously.
