Centurion Named on the 2022 List of Best Workplaces™ for Professional Development

Centurion is proud to announce that we have been recognized on the 2022 list of Best Workplace for Professional Development after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®.

This list is based on direct feedback from Employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work-Certified™ in the past year, with a minimum score of 80% on the Professional Development Index, and a relative level of complexity based on the number of Employees. Professional development must also be demonstrated in the data as being a priority for the organizations.

This recognition reflects Centurion’s commitment to the personal and professional development of our Employees. Over the years, we have fostered a corporate culture where the potential of every Employee is maximized, and everyone has equal opportunities for growth. Our commitment to Employee development begins on day one, with each new Employee getting the opportunity to participate in a 6-month mentorship program designed to help them successfully transition into their career and future at Centurion. Most recently, we are proud to have launched the Centurion Learning Academy, which provides Employees with online access to bite-sized, snackable learning content on a variety of topics that cover both soft and hard skills.  This platform can be utilized at any time and from anywhere, allowing each Employee to develop their own skillsets/competencies in the way that is most convenient for them and their own personal commitments.  In addition to this, we also offer an education reimbursement allowance for Employee looking to pursue continuing education or professional designations.
