Centurion Apartment REIT has Closed the Acquisition of a New Multi-Residential...

Centurion Asset Management Inc., the asset manager of Centurion Apartment REIT, is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of another newly constructed multi-residential property in Langford, British Columbia. The property is adjacent to five other properties that Centurion purchased in July 2019. This new acquisition will bring Centurion's portfolio to 10 properties and 664 rental units in the Greater Vancouver Area.
