Relevé Opens Its Doors – Elevating Downtown Rental Living

The partnership between Centurion Asset Management Inc. (Centurion), Westdale Properties (Westdale) and Main + Main proudly announces the grand opening of Relevé, a sophisticated two-tower purpose-built luxury rental community in the heart of downtown Ottawa, located at 400 Albert Street.

The celebration, held on September 10th, was attended by project partners, community members, and honoured guests, including the Mayor of Ottawa Mark Sutcliffe, MP for Ottawa Centre Yasir Naqvi, and Councillor Ariel Troster, who together helped mark this significant milestone for the city's housing landscape.

Just steps from Lyon Station, Relevé offers 567 total rental units ranging from studio to three-bedroom suites paired with premium amenities designed for modern urban living. Highlights include a rooftop pool, BBQs, and lounge seating; an Entertainment Zone with virtual golf, billiards, and karaoke; a stylish Celebration Suite; fully equipped co-working spaces; and an EV car and e-bike sharing service. Every feature is crafted to blend comfort, convenience, and community in the heart of downtown. Relevé is also pleased to be offering 57 affordable rental units, along with 20,000 sq ft of ground floor retail, which will be a welcome addition to the Centretown community.

A new 4,500 sq ft public park, including a water play feature, will further enhance the public realm at the Lyon Street and Albert Street intersection.

    • ~$12M in Development Charges
    • ~$3M in miscellaneous charges
    • Over $20M in increased property taxes over the first 10 years of the project
