Closing of 2% Non-Dilutive Discount to Net Asset Value for New Subscriptions

As at Tuesday, March 31, 2026 for the April 1, 2026 trade date, Centurion Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) will be closing the offering of the 2% non-dilutive discount to Net Asset Value (“NAV”) for new subscriptions.

This discounted offering was introduced to support continued capital formation while maintaining fairness to existing unitholders. Centurion Asset Management Inc. absorbed the cost of the discount by waiving asset management fees for a period of two years on the capital raised.
