Centurion Recognized as a 2023 Best Workplaces™ for Mental Wellness

Centurion is proud to announce that we have been named as a Best Workplaces™ for Mental Wellness for the second year in a row! We received this honour after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®.  

The list is based on direct feedback from Employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work- Certified™ in the last 12 months and have exceptionally high scores from Employees on the Trust Index survey; at least 75 per cent of Employees must agree their workplace is psychologically and emotionally healthy. Centurion was selected based on the overall mental wellness index score from Employees as well as the range and quality of programs which encourage mental wellness.

Centurion is proud to offer a comprehensive wellness program centered around Employee physical and mental health. The wellness program includes yoga classes, guided meditation sessions, and a monthly wellness calendar with purposeful prompts to remind Employees to focus on prioritizing their personal well-being. This year, Centurion has made significant strides in enhancing our mental health benefits for Employees. Recognizing the importance of mental well-being, we've expanded our offerings to provide even more comprehensive support.
