We are pleased to announce Centurion has been recognized as one of Canada’s Best Places to Work by the Canadian HR Reporter for the second year in a row. The report highlights some of 2023’s Best Places to Work, showcasing companies that stand out as employee-centric workplaces.

To make the list, organizations completed an in-depth submission detailing their various offerings and practices and answered questions looking at key factors. Employees from the nominated companies were then asked to complete an anonymous survey evaluating their workplace on several metrics that constitute drivers of Employee satisfaction. The results of the Employee survey were then used to determine which companies should be recognized as Employers of choice.

Centurion scored highly for DE&I initiatives, fair evaluation of job performance, and office design and décor. Our Employees spoke strongly about our supportive work culture, hybrid work environment and emphasis on promoting from within.

"As an organization, our focus has always been on our people, understanding that if we treat everyone like family, increased productivity, customer service and overall success will follow.  Being recognized as one of Canada’s Best Places to Work for the second-year running is a testament to our continued commitment to fostering an exceptional workplace.” commented Laura Salvatore, Vice President of Human Capital.
