Centurion Recognized as One of Canada’s Best Places to Work for 2022 by the Canadian HR Reporter

December 23, 2022

Canadian HR Reporter. 2022 Best Places to Work.

We are pleased to announce Centurion has been recognized as one of Canada’s Best Places to Work by the Canadian HR Reporter. This is the Canadian HR Reporter’s second-annual report which highlights the best companies in Canada, big and small, based on the evaluation of several metrics, including corporate culture, training and development, Employee benefits, and more.

To make the list, organizations completed an in-depth submission detailing their various offerings and practices and answered questions looking at key factors. Employees from the nominated companies were then asked to complete an anonymous survey evaluating their workplace on several metrics that constitute drivers of Employee satisfaction. The results of the Employee survey were then used to determine which companies should be recognized as Employers of choice.

“Our people are what make the workplace culture at Centurion so strong, and we strive to keep them engaged and make everyone feel appreciated,” commented Laura Salvatore, Vice President of Human Capital, “Being recognized as one of Canada’s best places to work is a big achievement as it validates that we’re on the right track in terms of the programs and initiatives we provide.”
