Centurion Apartment REIT Special Meeting Update

The Special Meeting of Unitholders of Centurion Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”) was held via conference call on November 6, 2025.

At the meeting, Unitholders voted on a special resolution to approve amendments to the current Third Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust of the Centurion Apartment REIT, as outlined in the notice mailed October 6, 2025.

Approximately 25% of units were voted, with 99.719% approval in favour of the proposed amendments.

The resolution approving the amendments to the current Declaration of Trust was approved as presented.
