Centurion Apartment REIT is pleased to announce that it is now able to accept investments from "eligible investors" outside of the province of Ontario. Previously, the REIT was only available to investors that were "accredited" according to NI 45-106. After months of work and numerous requests from investors, we have now made it possible for the REIT to accept "eligible" investors and greatly expand the number of people that can participate in the offering. The minimum subscription amount remains unchanged at $5,000.

For investors in Ontario, unfortunately there is no change in the requirement that investors be either "accredited Investors" within the meaning of NI 45-106 or subscribe for a minimum of $150,000 of REIT Units.
