Centurion Asset Management Inc., the asset manager of Centurion Apartment REIT, is pleased to announce the pending acquisition of the Oxford Centre Apartment in London, Ontario.
The building is located at 205 Oxford Street East, atop two floors of commercial space and is in close proximity to several of The MARQ student residences owned and operated by Centurion Apartment REIT. Well situated, the building is ideally located at the corner of Oxford and Richmond, steps from Richmond Row’s shopping and entertainment district.
The Oxford Centre Apartment is a 14-storey high-rise with 135 units; comprised of 50 one-bedroom and 85 two-bedroom suites and includes 163 parking spots across three levels of deck parking.
