Centurion Apartment REIT is pleased to announce the pending acquisition of a 65 suite apartment property in Toronto. The property is a 10 storey elevatored building located at 4 Antrim Crescent in Toronto across from the Kennedy Commons shopping mall, close to Highway 401 and is not far from the REIT's other holdings in the area. The acquisition is expected to close on or about 24 July 2014 and will be initially financed by a combination of cash and working capital facilities.
