Centurion Apartment REIT Announces Pending Sale of Apartment Property in London ON

Centurion Apartment REIT is pleased to announce that it has entered into a firm agreement to sell a 47 unit apartment property at 1459 Trafalgar Street in London, Ontario. The price is $3.30 million. The sale is expected to close on or about April 30, 2014.
