Centurion Apartment REIT is pleased to announce the pending acquisition of a 306 suite apartment portfolio in Toronto. The portfolio comprises 5 buildings on a single site and includes all of the buildings on this street. The addresses are 1,2,3,5 and 7 Biggin Court in Toronto. The acquisition price is $26.25 million ($85,784/suite) and is expected to close on or about 7 April 2011. The acquisition will be financed by a combination of cash and new mortgages.
