Centurion Apartment REIT Announces New $75 million Offering of REIT Units

Centurion Apartment REIT is pleased to announce that it has launched a new $75 million offering of Class "A" REIT Units. It expects the first closing to be on or before June 29, 2012.  Prospective investors are asked to contact their investment advisors or Centurion Apartment REIT Management Inc. for more information and to receive a copy of the Offering Memorandum and other subscription documents.
