Centurion Apartment REIT announces closing of non strategic property sale
On 12 August 2010, Centurion Apartment REIT completed the sale of 135 Atherley Road in Oriliia Ontario for $3,900,000. The divestiture represents a continuation of managements strategic plan to opportunistically divest non core assets and to redeploy capital into existing or targetted clusters to increase operating efficiencies as the portfolio continues to expand.
