Centurion Apartment REIT Announces Acquisition of 35 Suite Apartment Building in Toronto
Centurion Apartment REIT is pleased to announce the pending acquisition of a 35 suite apartment property in Toronto. The property is a 3.5 story walk up building located at 1631 Victoria Park Avenue in Toronto. The acquisition price is $3.150 million ($90,000/suite) and is expected to close on or about 24 July 2012. The acquisition will be financed by a combination of cash and working capital facilities. The property is located a short walking distance from the REIT's portfolio on Biggin Court (see map below) and will be operated as part of this portfolio.
