Centurion Asset Management Inc., the asset manager of Centurion Apartment REIT, is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of 11 Wendy Court in Cambridge, Ontario. Currently, Centurion owns and manages four other properties in Cambridge (Woodside, St. Andrews, and Brierdale); this acquisition increases Centurion’s positioning in a city with an increasing rental market.
The apartment is a 3-storey concrete walk-up with 96 suites comprising of five one-bedroom and 91 two-bedroom suites with balconies. Situated in the north-west quadrant of Clyde Road and Franklin Blvd, the building includes surface parking, a
