Centurion Annual General Meetings

The Annual General and Special Meeting of Unitholders of Centurion Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”), and the Annual General Meeting of Unitholders of Centurion Financial Trust (“CFIT”), were held via conference call on September 21, 2021.

All voting was required to be made by proxy and deposited with the Trust before 4:00 p.m. (EST) on the second business day preceding the meetings. Questions were not taken during the meetings and no presentation was delivered. The meetings focused only on the items noted in the Notices of Annual Meeting to Unitholders. The Audited Consolidated Financial Statements of the Trusts for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2020, together with the Auditors’ report to the Unitholders, was presented and approved The Board of Trustees for the Trusts were also appointed during the AGMs. KPMG LLP was re-appointed as auditor of the Trusts.

In addition, a special resolution authorizing and approving updates to the Declaration of Trust of the REIT,due to the merger with Centurion Real Estate Opportunities Trust that occurred on January 1, 2021, was carried.
