Centurion Annual General Meetings

The Annual General Meetings (AGMs) for Centurion Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”), Centurion Real Estate Opportunities Trust (“REOT”), and Centurion Financial Trust (“CFIT”) were held via conference call on September 22, 2020.

All votes were placed by proxy. Questions were not taken during the meeting and no presentation was delivered. The meeting focused only on the items noted in the Notices of Annual Meeting to Unitholders.

The Board of Trustees for the three (3) Trusts were re-appointed during the AGMs. In addition, KPMG LLP was also re-appointed as auditor of the Trusts.
