Centurion Annual General Meetings

The Annual General Meeting of Unitholders of Centurion Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”), the Annual General Meeting of Unitholders of Centurion Financial Trust (“CFIT”), and a Special Meeting of Unitholders of Centurion Financial Trust (“CFIT”) were held via conference call on September 19, 2024.

All voting was required to be made by proxy and deposited with the Trust before 4:00 p.m. (EST) on the second business day preceding the meetings. Questions were not taken during the meetings and no presentation was delivered. The meetings focused only on the items noted in the Notices of Annual Meeting and Notice of Special Meeting to Unitholders.

The Board of Trustees for the Trusts were re-appointed during the AGMs and KPMG was appointed as the auditors for the ensuing year. Additionally, the termination and wind up of the Centurion Financial Trust (“CFIT”) was approved through a formal resolution.
