Centurion Annual General Meetings

The Annual General Meeting of Unitholders of Centurion Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”) and the Annual General Meeting of Unitholders of Centurion Financial Trust (“CFIT”) were held via conference call on September 18, 2025.

All voting was required to be made by proxy and deposited with the Trust before 4:00 p.m. (EST) on the second business day preceding the meetings. Questions were not taken during the meetings and no presentation was delivered. The meetings focused only on the items noted in the Notices of Annual Meeting.

At the meetings, updates were made to the composition of the Board of Trustees for the Trusts, and KPMG was re-appointed as auditors for the ensuing year.
