Centurion Awarded 5-Star Rewards and Recognition 2024 by Canadian HR Reporter

Centurion Asset Management is pleased to have been selected as a recipient of the 5-Star Rewards and Recognition Award by Canadian HR Reporter for the third consecutive year. This award recognizes the exceptional quality of our rewards and recognition programs, and we are honored to have our efforts recognized in this way.

The 5-Star Rewards and Recognition entry process comprised two steps: an employer submission followed by an Employee survey. We completed an in-depth survey form about our R&R program, and our Employees were then asked to rate us across a range of metrics that drive Employee satisfaction. We are particularly proud of our overall satisfaction rating of at least 75 percent, which helped us to earn this recognition.

At Centurion, we are dedicated to providing a positive work environment, competitive compensation, and ample opportunities for professional growth and development. We firmly believe that recognition is a vital part of maintaining a motivated and productive workforce. Our various programs, including the RISE Award, Employee Innovation Program and Centurion Learning Academy, are designed to recognize and reward exceptional work and provide Employees with a sense of appreciation and value.

Notably this year, we’re proud to have revamped our Centurion Learning Academy, an online platform offering over 10,000 development courses to our Employees. The platform aims to drive engagement and continuous learning, allowing Employees to engage in friendly competition with colleagues by completing modules for points which can then be redeemed for gift cards. Last year, we had over 70% participation and issued 245 awards, and $14,200 in gift cards. We’re exceptionally proud of our team for their commitment to learning and we’re proud to recognize and reward their efforts.

"We are thrilled to be named a 5-Star Rewards and Recognition awardee by Canadian HR Reporter for the third consecutive year.” commented Laura Salvatore, Vice President of Human Capital. “We are committed to fostering an environment where Employees feel appreciated and motivated, and where their contributions are valued and rewarded.”
