Welcoming Paul Chin as Chief Investment Officer

Centurion is excited to announce the appointment of Paul Chin as Chief Investment Officer (CIO).

Preparing for this next phase, I’ve spent months evaluating how we can further strengthen Centurion’s position, and ensuring we have the right leaders, teams, and systems to support our vision.

I am excited to announce Paul Chin as Centurion’s new Chief Investment Officer. Paul brings a wealth of experience to this pivotal role, joining us from Otera Capital, the $30 billion real estate credit subsidiary of Caisse de dépôt, where he also served as CIO, and was responsible for all investment and asset management activities.

Paul has an impressive track record in real estate investment and financial management. During his tenure at Otera Capital, assets under management grew significantly from approximately $8 billion to $30 billion, while consistently achieving targeted returns above its benchmark. Paul lead the company’s entry into the United States of America and United Kingdom.

As CIO, Paul will oversee deal flow, investment selection, and diligence, ensuring seamless transitions to our operations team. He will also play a key role in mentoring and growing our 20+ member investment team, overseeing our investment processes, and strengthening our overall strategy. His leadership will be instrumental in supporting our ongoing growth, and I look forward to working closely with him as we scale further.
