Centurion Asset Management Inc., the asset manager of Centurion Apartment REIT, is pleased to announce the opening of a newly constructed multi-residential property in Calgary, Alberta. The property was jointly developed with Campus Suites and will be managed by Centurion. Centurion’s interest in the property is 70%.
