Centurion Asset Management Inc., the asset manager of Centurion Apartment REIT, is pleased to announce the opening of a newly constructed multi-residential property in Calgary, Alberta. This new property will bring Centurion's portfolio to eight properties and 1,864 rental units in Alberta and the first in Calgary.

The property was jointly developed with Campus Suites and will be managed by Centurion. Centurion’s interest in the property is 70%.

Located at 2416 16th Avenue NW, The Hub Calgary houses 486 residential units offering furnished studio, two-bedroom and three-bedroom suites with amazing views of the city.
