Centurion Apartment REIT Opening (Limited Capital Equity Raise)

Centurion Asset Management Inc. is pleased to announce a total $150-million limited capital equity raise for Centurion Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT"). The first $50-million raise will close on November 1, 2019, followed by a second $50-million raise on December 1, 2019, and the last on January 1, 2020.
