Centurion Apartment REIT Announces the Closing Acquisition of Phase II of a New Multi-Residential Apartment Property in Surrey, British Columbia

Centurion Asset Management Inc., the asset manager of Centurion Apartment REIT, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the second and final phase of Metro Scott Road, a newly constructed multi-residential property in Surrey, British Columbia. The property features two 6-storey, luxury rental buildings with 4,728 square feet of ground floor commercial space. The property is situated at 12667 110A Avenue and 11088 126A Street, in Surrey’s South Westminster Neighbourhood, an area along the banks of the Fraser River.  

Phase I of Metro Scott Road was completed earlier this year with a total of 233 residential units. Phase II, consists of an additional 281 units, with studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floorplans.
