Amalgamation of Centurion Mortgage Capital Corporation (CMCC) and Centurion Financial Corporation (CFC) with Centurion Asset Management Inc. (CAMI)

In an effort to streamline our organizational structure, Centurion Mortgage Capital Corporation (CMCC) and Centurion Financial Corporation (CFC) have amalgamated with Centurion Asset Management Inc. (CAMI), effective January 1, 2024.

As a result of this amalgamation, all registrations and licenses previously held by CMCC are now consolidated under Centurion Asset Management Inc.

We want to assure you that this organizational change will not impact your account with CMCC or the servicing of your CMCC account by Centurion Mortgage Services Corporation (CMSC).

Going forward, any communications related to CMCC or CFC will now be conducted under and through CAMI. No action is required on your part.
