Board Announcement – Appointment of Michael Lovett as Independent Trustee

Centurion is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Lovett to the Centurion Apartment REIT Board of Trustees as an Independent Trustee.
With over 35 years of experience in corporate real estate, spanning both Canada and the United States, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge in business development, lending, and risk management. His career includes senior executive roles at leading Canadian and international financial institutions, including CIBC, Citibank, and National Trust. He later founded Montrose Mortgage Corporation (Toronto), before serving as President of Commercial Mortgage Capital, an Avison Young company.
Michael has a long history of contributing to Centurion’s governance and oversight. He served on the Centurion REOT Board from November 2019 until its dissolution in December 2020 and was a valued member of the Credit Committee from November 2019 until its dissolution in May of this year.
