2019 Bonus Distribution

Following a successful year, Centurion Asset Management Inc. is pleased to announce that a Bonus Distribution was paid to unitholders of Centurion Real Estate Opportunities Trust ("REOT") as at December 31, 2019.

The Bonus Distribution of $0.2717/unit was paid in units on December 31, 2019 to unitholders of record as at December 31, 2019. As a result, the Net Asset Value price for Centurion REOT was subsequently reduced by the bonus amount.
