Centurion Apartment REIT is pleased to announce the pending acquisition of a portfolio of 423 rental suites in Cambridge Ontario. There are two sites in this portfolio. The first site comprises 6 buildings with 333 suites at 133,135,137,141,142 & 143 Woodside Ave and the second site comprises 2 buildings at 25 & 45 Brierdale Rd with 90 suites.
The transaction closed on 15 August 2012.
